In the Arman Sehgal death case, the Allahabad High Court today directed the police to not arrest anyone till August 28, and has directed the school management to produce some more documents in the next hearing.
The police had registered a criminal case against the school management for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, and for destroying evidence under sections 304 and 201 of IPC. Following this, the school filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court for quashing the FIR and for granting a stay on any arrest in the case. Breaking News
